Adam is a dual qualified lawyer having practised for several years as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa before being admitted as a lawyer in Australia.
He has a broad range of experience in private practice representing clients in complex commercial disputes within Courts, arbitrations and tribunals and is proficient in the drafting of a range of commercial agreements.
His experience includes:
- General contractual disputes;
- Director and shareholder disputes and advice on fiduciary duties;
- Land-use and property related disputes;
- Commercial and residential leasing;
- Judicial reviews and administrative law.
Outside of work, Adam is an avid runner and hiker, he enjoys reading and spending time outdoors with his wife, daughter and their dog.
