Brendan Swift has been involved in corporate disputes for over 20 years. Clients have included financial institutions, corporations and individuals, directors, managing directors, shareholder groups, creditors and insolvency practitioners. He has advised banks and financial institutions on security enforcement and on action against parties who have contributed to corporate losses.
He is an early adopter of technology, with the firm entirely electronic in its business processes and client-facing communications.
Brendan brings a diverse range of experience to bear on his clients’ legal issues. Before his admission as a lawyer, Brendan worked as an advisor to Ministers in the NSW State Government during the Premier Greiner and Fahey years and as a private consultant to industry.
